This study aims to analyze on the one hand perception of Cameroonian companies about venture capital, in the other hand the impact of the manager and the company itself on the use of venture capital. The results of a survey of 69 Cameroonian SMEs led to the conclusions that the Cameroonian companies have a non-ordinary perception of venture capital, and the manager has an influence on the use of venture capital, but the company has no impact on the use of venture capital.
