The purpose of this article is to analyze the impact of the granting of credit on internal growth companies in Algeria from data collected in 2016, from a sample of 52 SMEs in the wilaya of Bejaia.
The study uses both a descriptive and a statistical approach to analyze the effects of bank credit on the business employment growth indicator. The results obtained show that the impact of bank credit is insignificant on the growth of the companies surveyed. This result allowed us to note that it is not necessarily access to bank credit that excites the growth of employment of companies in Algeria.
