Résumé

La confiance est parmi les concepts les plus étudiés dans la littérature et paradoxalement l’ambigüité l’entoure encore. Il est caractérisé par sa transversalité, du fait qu’il a été analysé et testé dans une multitude de discipline.

Le présent article représente un ensemble de contributions. D’abord, il retrace l’émergence du concept de la confiance dans les organisations. Ensuite, il propose des définitions et la distinction de la confiance d’autres concepts voisins. Enfin, l’article analyse deux cadres théoriques de la confiance.
